No, you can apply for rides. As soon as you apply for a ride, the customer receives a message that there are drivers available. It is the customer who ultimately chooses who will drive. Do not be discouraged that you are not chosen immediately, we still have a shortage of drivers today.
Yes, you can apply for as many rides as you want. As soon as you are chosen for a ride, your candidacy for all overlapping rides will be deleted automatically. Please be aware of rides that may be planned via chat at the moment, although 99% of the rides are now being planned via the app.
Yes, however the system requires you to have 3 hours between the end of your ride and the start of your second ride. This does not work in real time, but will in the new app.
You can subscribe and unsubscribe for rides as long as you are not selected yet. As soon as a customer chooses you, you are automatically scheduled and cannot unsubscribe anymore. Suppose you apply the evening before a ride that takes place in the morning, be sure that you might still be chosen. If you want to play it safe, sign out again. Once you are chosen, you can NOT cancel unless you have a legal reason (illness).
You will receive an email (check spam) and a push notification. Your ride will also appear under "planned rides" in the app.
If you have been chosen for a ride, you can find all the necessary information about this ride in the app.
Yes, you are expected to be in costume for every ride. Exceptionally, the app will say that casual is sufficient. Then you put on a decent pair of trousers and shirt/pull. It does not look professional once chosen to ask the customer if it is OK to come casual. If you want to do a ride and you don't have a costume available, mention this in advance when you apply.
You ring the bell at the customer's door. If the customer does not answer the door, you can call the customer's mobile number. For very early or very late calls it is better to send a text message.
You only start your ride when you have rung the customer's doorbell. Even if the customer is waiting for a while, the ride can already be started.
The app works in real time and cannot be reversed afterwards. You let us know as soon as possible. Your hours will be lost, unless this is the first time this has happened. So don't forget to press start!
No, we are very strict on this. Only if the customer orders you to do something else, this is allowed. If this happens, the customers will track the cars, so use the vehicle for what it is intended for, and respect the traffic rules.
You inform the customer. If there is damage with an opposite party, collision forms must be filled in. This is very important, especially if you were not at fault. In case of minor own damage, you inform the customer and us via administration@getdriven.app. As from next month, the customer can choose to take out an extra insurance policy with us whereby we cover everything, or as today, whereby we intervene in the franchise. In the latter case, the declaration must be made on the customer's insurance policy with you as the driver.
If you incur expenses during a trip, you can enter them in the app at the end. They will then be reimbursed together with your salary. Please note, this concerns costs you make for the customer. (Carwash, coffee, parking, ...).
You press stop when you are back at the starting location of the customer. If you forget to print, and therefore charge extra hours unknowingly, then print as soon as you realise this and send the customer a text message telling him you made a mistake and the actual number of hours. Then pass on the actual hours via administration@getdriven.app so that we can provide the customer with a correct invoice and you with the correct wage. If extra hours are deliberately charged, we consider this to be an abuse of trust and will terminate the agreement.
Wenn Sie nach vier Wochen keine Bewertung erhalten haben, werden Sie automatisch mit 4 Sternen ausgezeichnet. Tipp: Bitten Sie den Kunden gleich nach der Fahrt um eine Bewertung.
Each calendar month around the 10th of the complete previous month. So 1-30th of September is approximately 10 October.
You can find the incentives on the profile tab, in the main menu.
The points you earn are based on the customer's feedback and the duration of the ride. When the average feedback of a ride is higher than 4/5 you get bonus points. If you score 3 or lower, points are deducted from your total. This means that you can also go below zero. For fleet rides, a fixed score is awarded.
Incentives can be limited per person, in quantity or in time.
We will always contact you. We will send you the Tomorrowland tickets and Suitsupply vouchers. In the case of a Trophy car we will plan an appointment and see when it suits best to use it.
When you claim a Trophy car incentive, we will contact you.
Yes, in the overview next to your points, you will find a button to view your history. There you can see all the transactions.
Yes, this is possible as long as it has not yet been processed by Get Driven. In the app you will find a list of all the incentives you have claimed. On the detail page you will find a refund button if possible. When you click on it, you will get your points back.
We process incentives manually. In the future, this will be partly automated. Please be patient until we contact you.
